Our team proudly boasts over 50 years of combined experience in a diverse range of construction projects. Among our team we have a diverse range of experience in mobilizing, designing, constructing and managing various projects. These range from housing developments at all levels of the economic ladder; schools, health centres, shopping centres and dormitories to a variety of infrastructure projects such as sewerage treatment facilities, major roads and highways.

This is our core business. Real Estate Development is a multi-disciplinary process requiring the skills and inputs of many professionals. At Matalon Homes we provide a full turnkey solution for all projects, bringing together the experts to create unique, contemporary residential and commercial developments.
We take projects from concept to completion – from identifying the perfect location for each development, through the process of concept and design to meet market demands, and ultimately construction to ensure that our developments are delivered to the highest standards. And we don’t just handover a completed project to the home owners in our developments.
We remain on location for the warranty period and set up the maintenance, management and governance structures for the development.
